Vince Neil was a flip of the coin being on, If you go back to us festival 1983 I thin he is awful.
I was into the first album early on a friend of mine had the original pressing from leather records with stick to your guns. We were playing LIVE WIRE in a band I was in back then. Enjoyed their music up til feel good. Then after that I kinda wasn't into them so much. I did see them a number of times.
Then a bout 2 months ago I got to play with my old gtr player from back then, we played live wire at an open mic and it was fun to kick it out again but at the same time I will be happy to never play that song again. When we got done the bass player and gtr player we all looked at each other and I said I haven't played that song in 30 years or so, the gtr player said yeah I think the last time I played that was with you merrick, we all laughed but here ya go crue

I'm a Crue fan, but I will admit their best live days are behind them
because Vince Neil's voice just isn't what it used to be. They're worth
seeing just to see Mick Mars and Tommy Lee. Mars has to be the most
underrated guitarist on the planet.

Todd,
I have seen Alice a number of times, as well, and I am sure he has
interjected a few lines from Another Brick In The Wall in his closing
numbers.
btw, I agree - though I like Motley Crue to an extent, they are IMO a B list
band. this is what prevent me from rushing out and getting tix for the
Toronto show of this tour. and well, now its sold out! anyway, would love to
see Alice, saw Crue in 1990 - a great show, but I have no desire to see them
again....

I have seen several Alice Cooper shows and have never seen him do Pink
Floyd .. Did see KORN do a very impressive almost exact performance of
Another Brick in the Wall back in 99... Bob Ezrin played on and produced
Alice's latest album "welcome 2 my nightmare" .. and would have to pull out
the old records but pretty sure he has produced other Alice albums. I will
be seeing Alice open for Motley Crue in June. Why oh why must I have to buy
a Crue ticket to see Alice ? sorry if I piss off any fans but I think (my
opinion only so dont beat me up Rick) MOTLEY CRUE SUCKS .. the only decent
album they EVER put out was the self titled MOTLEY CRUE that Vince Neil
DOES NOT SING ON.
