[Heeplist] Fwd: heep at Koko

I'm fairly sure Heep played Trail of Diamonds live for at least one show.
i'm sure I read a review of a show including it.  I think they dropped it
fairly quickly due to Heep wanting a rockier track as the crowd wasn't too
responsive.  Kiss of freedom was in the setlist from April to June of 2011.
