Regarding this potential concert in Brazil, it's supposed to be part of a very famous event known as "Virada Cultural", promoted by the city of Sao Paulo, . It's an annual multi-cultural free festival that happens on various streets and public squares simultaneously, 24-hours non-stop, all genres of music, arts, acting, luta libre and etc...
