[Heeplist] Salisbury quadraphonic version

I did have a cheap SACD-system but wasn't very satisfied about. So I bought
myself a nice stereo equipment. I do have two ears and not 4 or 5 :0). The
only album which sounded 5 channel was Dark side of the moon- Pink Floyd.

Do  you have such a system? I have never had a chance to listen even to a
quadraphonic recording with the appropriate equipment.

 It's not quadraphonic, it's more,
 it's 5.1 (five speakers and a bass reflex)

 Indeed, does the "Gold from the Byron era" have the  quadraphonic version
of  the Salisbury? If somebody has it, can they compare it to  the youtube's
version?

  Does anyone have a quadraphonic CD version of "Salisbury"?
 I  have listened
 to the title track and it sounded much different even  on  usual stereo
equipment. In particular, Byron's voice was very  pronounced  and "put
forward" to say nothing of the instruments. There is a  version on youtube -
highly recommended!
