I bought the revival album from Amazon, listened to two songs and bought the live album too! Sounds good as Jay described. Burning to Cd to listen to on the way to work tomorrow!

Thanks again Jay!

This is classic mid to late 70s hard rock with a strong progressive edge and lots of great guitar solos. The music reminds me the most of early Triumph or Prism with hints of early Rush, early Angel (without keys), and the first Captain Beyond album. The main singer (on 5 of 7 tracks, with 1st track being an instrumental) is somewhere between Geddy Lee and Rik Emmitt (of Triumph), but never sounding screechy like Geddy sometimes did on the early Rush albums. The album came out in 1982, which was way too late. If it'd come out in 1976, it'd be a 70s hard rock classic instead of a lost cult classic.

Listen to the clips on Amazon, it's less than $7 to download the whole album (although the singer on Ace in the Hole sounds jarringly bad in comparison, I usually skip this song, but even without it, the album's still nearly 40 minutes).
