Only problem with the Trower release is the album is a compilation of a handful of tracks from various concerts have been out in their entirety as outstanding quality bootlegs for many years. They were all originally from radio broadcasts and are easily found online. I'm curious to hear if the quality is improved enough to be worth buying.

I'm very interested in the Humble Pie & TYA. I did get the new Flower Kings and sounded outstanding on first listen.

Heard the Robin Trower today, and it's amazing, some of his best live stuff 
I've heard, the songs from the Long Misty Days including the title track are 
worth the cost alone, and the vocals are great as well, James Dewar was a 
very under rated singer, he really captures the feeling of these songs, like 
Sailing, Long Misty Days, and Can't wait Much Longer, and all the others, a 
must have for the true classic Trower era.
