I checked it out on amazon.co.uk and it would come out to $18.41 shipped in 
US dollars. I order a lot of imports that way, and they are almost always 
cheaper.

I did check it is avaliable for pre order.  Amazon wants $30 USD, but on
Ebay a couple of UK sites are asking about $20 USD with shipping.
