[Heeplist] The Graeme Edge Band!

Hey, Shawn!

YOU mentioned recently that Graeme Edge is still drumming for the "Moody
Blues"; Graeme used to have his own band back in the day, the Graeme Edge
Band featuring Adrian Gurvitz.  Adrian & his brother Paul YOU may remember
from the band, "Gun" with their Hit, "Race with the Devil", and the
exceptional song, "Butter Queen" as "Three Man Army" before they hooked up
with Ginger Baker to form the Baker-Gurvitz Army.  Afterwards, the brothers
joined Graeme and the ex-Animal, Blockhead and occasional "Clash"
keyboardist, Mick Gallagher, to release two decent albums: "Kick Off Those
Muddy Boots" and "Paradise Ballroom" in the late Seventies.  Check them
out!  These YOU may like: "We Like to Do It"; "Lost in Space"; the
aforementioned "Paradise Ballroom" with its discoy, bass-drum sound; "All
Is Fair"; and, "Caroline", where Adrian shows off some very Pete
Townsendesque vocals.
