[Heeplist] Kamelot tonight, nhc

Amazing concert, Delain opened and they were the best I've ever heard them sound, and hard rocking. Then Kamelot came on and really turned up to play, the new singer is really good, and they had great sound. I am so happy I finally got to see them. A really nice drum solo was a pleasant surprise, and perfect length with really good sound. I was I would of took my recorder, it would of come out great, no talkers at all around us for Kamelot, I really hope a decent recording turns up from this tour. A band called Eklipse opened, it's an all female instrumental band with 3 violin, and a cello, it's s great idea and they all played well, but nothing fancy, they played with Kamelot on a couple songs.

>It's taken years to get here, I have tried to see Kamelot for so long but every time something came up, when it looked like it was going to happen Kahn left the band and the tour was cancelled, last year they opened for Nightwish and came to San Diego but we had no money. This time it's in LA and a headlining show, but again money is to tight, but a friend got me a ticket, he is the guy i went to all the great concerts with in high school and after. The last show we both went to but not together was Blackmores Night at 4th and B in San Diego. This will be his first concert since he had a 5 bypass this year, really looking forward to it.
