Igor,
the truth is, that Ken's vocals on More Than Conquerors have been overdubbed later. He had such a terrible cold on that day, that he could hardly speak. And if you listen closely, you will hear that on the announcements he makes between songs. What you hear on the DVD does not at all sound like what was to be heard live. His voice was not spent, he was just and simply sick.
