Just a thought, contact credit card company and put in a fraud complaint.  

I pressed charges of theft by deception against an alleged canvas guy this summer. He took 2 deposits and never came  back. I found a dozen other guys
that were swindled by him as well. 

I hear there is a Steve Miller cover on the new studio cd
