[Heeplist] Roger Dean suing James Cameron over Avatar

I remember thinking the exact same thing (that Cameron was using Dean's floating islands idea, not that Dean should sue Cameron) when I watched the movie. This will be very interesting to see play out in the courts as it involves what can be considered intellectual property rights and what can be considered simply an inspiration.
