I didn't hear of David's death until the early 90s. Heep are almost forgotten in the US.

Don, I quite understand what you are saying, but still it makes me wonder how on earth was it possible not to know of David'd death at least relatively on time?! Even we, behind the so-called Iron Curtain, saw it in some paper or a magazine (and those who didn't, like me, for instance, learnt it from that very film on VHS). Now it is a different world altogether, but still I am amazed.
